Grease, oil, and tough stains can only be removed with the hot water pressure washers in a precise and timely manner. For gas station power washing we recommend a hot water pressure washer. Do gas, diesel fuel and oil stains come out of concrete? The answer is yes. The best and the most common method for concrete cleaning is pressure washing using a flat surface cleaner that penetrates heat and water to these areas. There are several things to consider when washing hard surfaces.
How Does H2Overhaul Get The Gas Pump Islands Looking Like New?

First, H2Overhaul uses a hot water unit which is MANDATORY for cement pavement cleaning. Since the cleaning solutions emulsify oil and grease stains, the hot water helps to lift these pollutants from the surface leaving the surface cleaner with little or no residue.
Secondly, H2Overhaul uses a power washer that is capable of producing a pressure of @ least 3000 PSI or more and a water flow of 5 GPM! The water flow is critical to wash away debris as it is loosened from the surface. Any water volume less than 5 gallons per minute will take longer to clean and may not be sufficient to do the job. Also keep in mind that among all pressure washing jobs, oil and fuel are the toughest stains to clean. This will require more time and sophisticated gear. Unlike the small portable, cold water units, H2Overhaul works with a system that provides the necessary heat and water volume needed to clean these surfaces. We can set your business up with a monthly, quarterly, or yearly program in which your whole facility will get a good cleaning. Email or call us today for a free estimate.
